Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can refund the item on spot and pay the delivery fees only, Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept any Refunds.

Delivery fees:

  • Zone 1 Shipping Rates: 55EGP
  • Zone 2 Shipping Rates (Alexandria-Al Sharqia-Beheria-Dakahlia-Gharbia-Ismailia-Kafr El-Sheikh-Monufia-Port Said-Qalyubia-Suez): 65 EGP
  • Zone 3 Shipping Rates (Faiyum-Minya-Beni Suef-Asyut-Sohag-Damietta): 75EGP
  • Zone 4 Shipping Rates (Aswan - Luxor - Qena - Red Sea): 85 EGP

Exchanges

After receiving your order and within 48 hours, you can only exchange the item if you want a different (size or color).
